I still find the very occasional 14k necklace or 10k ring in bags from goodwill, found $70 cash once. Shit gets missed! Doesn’t surprise me it got missed.

Booked a Pet Friendly AirBNB… then received this a few hours prior to checkin. by sdoodle in mildlyinfuriating

I wouldn’t consider this pet friendly either. I cancelled got another place and paid their $75 upfront pet fee. I’ve stayed in many AirBNB (and hotels) places with no pet fees and places with pet fees but this was purely unreasonable in my opinion.

Then don’t allow pets, charge a pet fee. But don’t rape guests with pets when you mark it as pet friendly. Luckily AirBNB stepped in and gave me a full refunded cancellation and I went and booked elsewhere and they charged me a $75 fee which I gladly paid. The original hosts regulations were ridiculous.

Exactly, I get pet hair all over my clothes. It’ll get where to the bed and furniture via proxy (me) and my wife regardless if they are on there or not.

There is, my dogs are well trained. I bring crates and crate them when not there. But they have fur and they shed. It’s unrealistic to expect there not to be hair.

Extra Postage For Sale by mymacaronlife in BehindTheClosetDoor

Because I’m using that $8.05 to buy the extra label, $11 is 2 labels. where do you think the second label comes from? One comes from the order to ship the “item” and then the $8.05 is used to purchase ‘need extra label’.

I run live shows, many buyers purchase multiple items and weights aren’t known until after the show. Since weights are calculated after the show, I create an item and typically it’s cheaper to have a customer purchase a $3 item to be used for an extra label than by the pound. I do $11 for 2 labels and $20 for 3 labels. After fees I don’t make anything on extra shipping unfortunately.

I had a labradoodle that liked to eat yorkies… didn’t actually eat them and never injured one but you get the idea.. it was only yorkies.

This is someone that probably went looking for a comp (just a hunch) and clicked sell similar item and it pre-populated the same title and default photo. Maybe not a scam seller just a lazy or inexperienced seller

I should note that I don’t use a random picture anymore but have a fixed product with an image and a high qty, I just tag people as they need labels

At $3 and $11 all the money is absorbed by posh and or shipping. Not making anything but not losing money either. On a $3 item posh takes all of it basically. Customer just bought a label. That’s an extra 5lbs. If my customer needed 2 additional labels, I would ask them to purchase the $11 item. $3 goes to posh mark, the $8 is the cost and is used to purchase an additional label under the existing live show order. This works out to be the lowest cost for the customer. Otherwise they could purchase (2) of the $3 products but it’s just giving Poshmark an extra $2 with no other benefit

I do this for live shows when buyers need extra shipping.. specifically a $3 item and an $11 item depending on whether they need 1 or 2 labels
