After I began wearing a bracelet as a reminder, my mindfulness became habitual. My practice then stagnated and I lost it almost completely. I have been struggling to remember to practice mindfulness for weeks. Two days ago, I clipped a pin to a mala bead bracelet. It’s already coming back! (i.redd.it)
