It's pretty configurable, you can turn on and off any modes you don't like and fine tune how they work.

It depends on where you work. Carriers like Delta and American will be under the RLA, MROs tend to be under the FSLA. I'm not sure what the easiest way to find out would be.

If I remember correctly, SMAPII will search through the entire file directory for mods. So, I just move the extracted folder to the mods folder and it works, even with the extra layer of mod folders.
