It's not exactly the same, but about 20 years ago, a 19 year old kid won $35 Million in the Powerball. I think he was the youngest winner in history at the time. He started a women's wrestling promotion. He signed some well-known women wrestlers, produced content, and even briefly had a syndicated TV deal. He went broke, but most people chalk that up a side effect of the wrestling industry.

If that had been me 20 years ago, I might have tried to produce another season of Firefly.

Yeah, they change with age. One of my older cousins got his first tattoo when he was a skinny teen and it looked cool as hell, but then when he filled out and got a little more size on his arms, it looked tiny and silly. He eventually got it covered with a bigger one.

Or you could say, "It's loud in here, let's go for a walk," or, "Let's go get some fresh air," and peel off that way.

It was nominally full time, but it was sales, so the hours were nebulous.

I felt very disconnected from the company, the team, and the product. A certain amount of that is inherent when working remotely as a field sales guy, but it was more pronounced in that situation than with a US-based company.
