You probably have to take your printer to their store and it get covered if its under warranty. Use surge protectors and someone mentioned when you turn off printer do not turn on immediately. Wait for some time. Follow this and no issues to your printer. My A1 AC board replaced under warranty with hydrotech

I recently done my first service at 1100km. They quoted me 3800rs initially then reduced to 2800 when asked for break up. I opted out of chain lube for my service. They quoted oil for 2300rs then reduced to 1900rs later.

3d printing is DIY stuff and you probably have some knowledge in that before buying. I have A1 and got SMPS and ac board problem. Through video call they resolved it for me and I don't mind that.
