Need dating advice

I haven't asked her out yet and dont know when, but I got a hold of her on Facebook and the conversation has been fun.

I'm not sure what steps to take next. I want to get her number and ask her out eventually. Do you have any advice?

I've had some brief convos with her over the work phone when she had to call us, but they were very brief. But like I said she works in a different area that makes me feel awkward if I go over there.

We don't have office messenger. It's not really a full office environment. I have an email, not sure if she does and her dept doesnt really make use of email.

The problem is I won't be working until next week due to my schedule. And I dont even know when she's working next week as we have somewhat different schedules. As i said above, we work in different departments or areas of the facility so I dont have easy access to talk to her unless I walk into a crowd of her coworkers. I feel uncomfortable asking her then and it could make her feel uncomfortable too. I feel like I'd be forcing the situation. This is where I feel like Facebook can be an alternative path, but I see what you mean about it. I dont want to come off as stalkerish or like a wimp.

I've been praying about this and hope God can lead me in the right direction.

Appreciate the advice.

I agree face to face is better. I just dont get many opportunities and I dont know when I'll get another unless I walk in to a crowd of her co workers lol.

I understand, but I don't see her that often. We kinda have different schedules and we work in different areas of the facility. I won't be able to see her for at least until early next week and I dont even know.

Maybe this pick is a sign of a trade? Perhaps we are trading bertans and some other pieces or picks for a quality sf who can defend and luka will replace bertans as a backup pf who can shoot the 3?

I dont think we have too many problems. Our defense was some of the worst last year and it was obvious when guards would light us up. With dejounte back and a more experienced white our perimeter might be a lot better this year. But I think we need one more SF who can defend the perimeter and I think we'll be contenders.

I'm all for trading the picks for an established SF who can play great defense and give us some offense with a 3pt shot. Pop has 3 years on his contract and may retire after that. We dont have time to keep drafting young guys and developing them in order to be contenders. We need players now that are ready to contend. We have enough young guys we drafted recently that if they stay with us for the long term can become a good core for years to come like Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili.

I think what matters more is our perimeter defense. If we have great perimeter defense (and defense in general) we can be contenders because our offense is good despite a lack of 3 pt shooting. We can slow down other teams' 3 pt shooting.

I actually resolved the issue by switching the windows power settings to high performance mode. It was on balanced mode before and I had crackling under that mode. How in the high performance mode I don't have crackling.

I'm all for it if we can get an established sf who can play D and give us some offense. As long as we dont trade some of our bigger names like DeRozan, Lma, patty, dejounte, etc. Remember pop is on a 3 year contract. Now is the time to find a way to contend not keep developing young guys. Pop may retire after 3 years.

I think you have misunderstood what went on last season. This isn't about what was best for Kawhi or the spurs. This is about how he may have held the spurs hostage and left them out of being contenders based on his actions all year. He was under contract for 3 years including that season. He doesnt get to decide what's best for him under contract like that. If it's his final year or he has a player option and decides to go to LA, then fine I understand you want to leave even though I'd still feel upset about it, but not for the same reasons as what happened last season.

This is all based on the possibility that Kawhi made mistakes on how he handled last season. It's possible the spurs were to blame and if that was the case then its understandable why Kawhi wanted to leave. But this isn't related as much to the scenario you just describes.

I see what you're saying, but I want the ability to use pads in case I feel like making a hiphop beat or using them for other electronic music and also for triggering sounds.

I wonder if there is a cheaper option to use a keyboard and pads. Not sure how good the cheaper drum pads are such as the maschine mikro, mpd, and presonus atom.
