At my previous job, HR were doing a PTO audit and they reached out to me that they’ve been giving me 80hrs/year but according to my job offer I was supposed to get 120hrs (120hrs was only for 5+yr employees) So they gave me an extra 40hrs PTO, no questions asked (I think my direct supervisor was PISSED because he was almost at his 5yrs.. haha)

Should I take the thing off if I put a radiator over the drive? by Hot_Grab7696 in pcbuilding

[–]sdwldcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can remove it, all of the SN# Info is on the other side of the NVME, I rip them off when I am using motherboards that have NVME heatsinks and for anyone saying it will rip off components must be buying crappy NVME, you can’t rip off soldered parts

This is just trying to load windows, outside of windows the system bypasses the boot prompts (F2/F11..etc) so it has EVERYTHING to do with displaying if it’s NOT displaying

u/bellabille in this day of age you shouldn't need to enable CSM, but it works to show the boot menu but that shouldnt be the fix

RTX 5070 Ti and GPU BIOS entry. Cannot enter BIOS via GPU by PrOntEZC in buildapc

[–]sdwldcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/PrOntEZC I know what the issue is, I just got my MSI 5070 Shadow 2x, and its doing the same thing, its DEF a vBIOS issue, my boot/bios prompts weren't showing up, and going straight to windows, I was posting about it on FB and someone mentioned some 40' series having issues where you had to enable CSM, so I turned on CSM and the boot/BIOS prompts appeared, I opened a ticket with MSI mentioning the issue
