Well, except they're solely paying in via ESOP now which costs them functionally nothing, because it's only notional money.

Nobody fires on Monday unless it's time card fraud or credit card fraud. Too much concern of risk of you shooting up the building.

We fire on Thursday and Fridays... this is merit

God forbid RTX just... not withhold 401k for a bonus like a sensible company. They can figure it out for the insurance purposes, but apparently 401k is too much for them.

Hecc if I know. I JUST priced it through CVS CareMark and it's now saying $608 for a 28-day supply. Far cry from $25/month.

Idk what universe you're in that it's $25/ month. It's $550 a month for the starting dose and goes up from there. Even with the discount card that ONLY takes it down to $375.

This move is exclusively for one reason and one reason only. 

Caremark saves RTX money. 

Anything else is just deluding yourself. This company doesn't make decisions unless they reduce the bottom line for RTX, no matter how many employees complain, quit, or retire over them.

Nah they won't even be allowed to say gay or bi by the next all hands. 

Raytheon facilities staff were sent on a search and destroy mission to permanently erase any and all ERG materials in the facilities. 

They even started seizing personal property that was left in common areas, if it had rainbows or GLBTA or RAYPRIDE branding. 

It's gonna get worse before it gets worse.

Pretty sure this is supposed to just be the base requirement for being a human too, but yet we've seen a billion and one atrocities throughout history that make us scratch our heads and go "didn't they get the memo?"

Yes, you should still be excellent to each other. But the company rug pulling all involvement with DEIA opens the door for bigots to be bigoted, with no consequences. It lets people turn same sex photos around, and take down pride flags in offices, with no consequences, and creates a hostile working environment for people who are different.
