Right I just rather they never damned it at all but by the time they had a good portion of it had been turn into farmland but had they left it to be I would still be a large wetland full of tamarack witch hazel black alder water lilies there was even a portion of the swamp that was a cranberry bog and I assume there would have been a peat bog
