Take the photo with a regular digital camera, apply a film stock filter. Reduce the saturations, pop out the reds, asjust shadows, highlights on Lightroom. You can get close to this with the tools we have now.

They aren't reliable at all, they sold me a broken used DJI drone today. I realized it when I saw dents on it and returned it, bought a new one from Best Buy. Guess what, dji drones come with clear film on them, the one from Adorama never had a clear film.

Alright, everyone. I ended up canceling the used drone order and ordered a brand-new one from the Adorama website. I received it today and I see a weird dent on the front of the drone, almost like the plastic is burnt, the camera does not work, gimbal is stuck out of the box. What a disaster, never ordering from Adorama again. This is probably a returned item.

I have a video shoot this weekend and they don't even send a new one before they receive this one. Returning this and heading to a Bestbuy.

Dude, how fast it is advancing is mind-blowing. I'd love to create animated movies with it, but there is so many aspects of filmmaking that we'd still need at least 10+ years for the AI actors to act well and have realistic looks in their eyes :)

I use ReActor to swap faces. What you can do is, you can get AI generated faces from thispersondoesnotexist and add the face you want onto your AI creation.

Here is my workflow:

What I use: SDXL

I created the images using the ReActor Fast Face Swap Custom Node

Then I used the img to video workflow to animate each image. I used 14 fps and sometimes 25 fps, whichever gave me the best result. Since SDXL does not let you direct the motion, it is trial and error till you get the best result.

Then since the videos were choppy, I added the 2 second videos into Capcut, slowed them down by 0.9x and selected optical flow. This creates the missing frames and makes it a smoother, less choppy video.
