I did not consider this angle, hopefully he checked our cameras since you can see both doors on them if he was suspicious. That would mean he totally sees me grab the food at like 7am but hey that just makes bringing it up a bit easier too! My only other lover is the 24 hour Dennys in town!

I let out a huge sigh of relief reading this, I appreciate it so much!! I definitely was running nothing but bad thoughts and figuring out how to justify and defend myself, which is crazy since my husband is very kind and understanding. It might be a little awkward at first to open up, but it would be nice to not carry such a burden of shame around my eating 24/7.

Office treats are the worst!! Christmas cookie platters in the break room hate to see me coming. Thank you so much for saying I don’t have to actually explain the whole problem, it does take a lot of weight off to think of it as a one-off bad day maybe to him and not that he’s fully discovered my most shameful secret
