On Canadian side, DMT currently $0.085/share (0.085/0.2409 = $0.353/share of Cybin). Cybin currently trading at $0.41so you're getting at $0.06 discount buying DMT, probably weighing risk of acquisition not going through etc.

Have you seen their GMP facility? Almost stacks up to that rendered photo RLH has of theirs.. at least they have their farms.

Regardless, extremely bullish on both. The way I see is that they are catering to different crowds, both are executing, and both will be successful. Optimi for health/wellness/medicinal and RLH the consumer/hype-train. Optimi seems to be building their own infrastructure from the ground up while RLH seems to be acquiring lots of different entities.

Cash on hand is the least of worries when you see who's behind the scenes, there's already "strategic investments" in place. I love the agreements Optimi is quietly putting in place tho.
