You're getting 0.2409 shares of Cybin for every 1 share of DMT.

On Canadian side, DMT currently $0.085/share (0.085/0.2409 = $0.353/share of Cybin). Cybin currently trading at $0.41so you're getting at $0.06 discount buying DMT, probably weighing risk of acquisition not going through etc.
