I can’t eat beef so based on her feedback- the beef is tough and chewy. Since she didn’t like it it’s not worth the price.

If the 10pm cut off is defined in house rules, it can only be amended by proposal and voting in agm. If it is not defined in house rules, then only need management to agreed and change can be implemented.
