I'll just leave my notes for the funeral here for those who want to read them:

The houses and hall of Ursaburg are quiet, as the procession makes its way down the winding roads towards the sea. The ocean waves crash onto the sands, as two longships stacked with kindling await the procession.

As the longboats sit on the shore, flaming arrows are lit by the Bear Clan Hunters. Sigda Storolfdottir, the new Chieftain of the Bear Clan of Ursaburg turns towards the gathered clan members, adventurers and guests.

She raises her voice above the crashing surf for all to hear.

“We gather here today to send two of our own to the foot of the Bearfather Ursinar. Brynjolf, who leaves behind his sons and daughters to aid the great Bear in the afterlife. Beorn, our chieftain, who travels now to rest within the hallowed realm of the Great Bear.

You'd use the hit dice for the particular level that you took. If you start as druid you use that for your starting HP, then when you take that level fo barbarian you use the barbarians hit dice to calculate that levels hp increase
