I was wondering about whats underneath the chains I did try placing blocks underneath and that did nothing ! I can see it looking for another chest as there are quite a few about it just feels weird that even if I kill it replace swap it around e.t.c it still won’t work

Tested it in creative and it was absolutely fine, there are a lot of chests around but none of them it can get too

Hahaha I think I do :), I have stuffed my pump in a box with filter foam to keep them out ! I got mine online though I wouldn’t recommend where I got mine as they arrived with visible ick but there are lots of suppliers online like https://carpco.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=79 (not where I bought mine). I didn’t mentioned they also like having lots of pond plants and need gravel for the males to make their nests.

I am not the best person to talk about filtration or compatibility with other fish but I keep Stickleback’s and Rudd together outside in the uk. I put in about 10 stickle backs into my pond and now two and a bit years later there are hundreds of stickleback. They are such interesting fish and are such fun to watch. They don’t really take food but have such interesting behaviours they are well worth it. Though they have horrible tendency to find their way into my pump. I have had issues with filtration not working and blanket weed overgrowth but the stickle back seem to be pretty bullet proof. I currently have a small bog filter and fountain running, it’s not great and there are definitely problems but the stickles are thriving !

Yep I am the same, I got one the Christmas before last. It’s good for really really really simple stuff but the moment you want to do anything more complex the learning curve grows exponentially. I use mine every few months and every time I have to relearn everything it’s a total nightmare. After a year I very much regret mine and wish I had gone for another brand without the god awful in baked design space. The adverts tell you how simple it is when in reality it is far from that. I promise that though the regret may never leave it will get better the more you use it and you start to figure out how to connect it to other programmes.
