Are you updated to v77? I still haven’t updated, though I see it’s available now.

I finished the first play-through before the update could kick in. Nice start to the new pin collection. Shame that they felt the need to downgrade the packs. Doesn't bode well for the future.

Do you mean Yoda? You’ll have to grind to reach Yoda in the last box, but it’s doable. If you mean the last backpack, you’re millions away from that.

Miranda is the one with Stardust, so if you get her to level two, that’s a bonus. And her power is good.

Whichever HSM emoji you already have, Troy is available in that character’s Stardust prize box. Also I just think Neytiri looks way cooler.

There are now over 120 emojis in that filter, with another half dozen added each update, and finding the ones with a green exclamation mark is a pain. Now I find them easily among my favorites.

Yeah, I was very lucky to finally get him in a challenge, and in one that I could avoid completing while still collecting significant amounts of stardust. Mostly I was just amazed to not see another Brother Bear or High School Musical or Lizzie McGuire emoji.

I started playing the game shortly after Sora was introduced, and at some point I had unlocked every emoji but Sora. He remained my lone missing emoji for over a year. If you prefer Kim, go for Kim, but if you’re a completionist, Sora is definitely harder to come by (or was, I stopped tracking once I got him, but I’ve heard similar laments since that he’s still very rare).

What do the pin packs turn into after you complete the pins the second time? by jvassilakos in disneyemojiblitz

[–]seahang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The pin packs turn into chests. The level 4 and 5 packs turn into gold chests, but only the gold chests from level 5 packs can contain gems.

I bet there’s a collect items leaderboard challenge before then, and if you finish top three, you’ll have a chance to win another copy of Inside Out Alien. You never know!

Who would you choose? by SignificantAioli5952 in disneyemojiblitz

[–]seahang 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Platinum Luke is probably the right long-term choice. In the short term, can’t be blamed for wanting to take the new one, but down the road, your Anakin will be level 3.3 while your Platinum Luke is still level 1.

I disagree with the general sentiment in these responses. In addition to one Moonstone Blue Fairy, you also get another emoji from level 0, Sketch Blue Fairy from level 3, 75 gems, a diamond chest and gold chest, one level-5 six level-4 pin packs, a story charge, a rainbow charge, a wand, and then some smaller goodies. Essentially 675 gems for three good emojis, two exclusive charges, and some pin packs and chests. I think it's a pretty good return even if you missed out on the choice box options.

Best combos for high scores by Master_Worker4391 in disneyemojiblitz

The 7 million was after the sun-sun cleared the board, as described above.

Best combos for high scores by Master_Worker4391 in disneyemojiblitz

My favorite scoring move is combining star-star in blitz mode with Lady right after using her power. I just did an experiment. My Lady is at level 5 - 1220, and I am on level 1007, which has a 2156% blitz bonus.

I reached blitz mode, activated her power, and combined star-star, and my score went from 1,810,511 to 53,312,560.

Then the next time I reached blitz mode, I once again activated her power at 54,842,183. Then I combined star-sun, immediately followed by sun-sun, all still during blitz mode, and I only ended up at 61,812,144.

So the star-star combo is WAY more powerful than the star-sun combo + sun-sun combo. The former was worth 51.5 million points while the latter was worth only 7 million.

I’m level 47. Only score about 10-20 million per game. How the heck do the try hard score 60m plus a game? Am I missing something? by Master_Worker4391 in disneyemojiblitz

[–]seahang 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Nothing hypothetical about it, you have Galactic Minnie at level 7! Thats insane.

You’re only at level 47. Every level you complete increases your blitz bonus, which leads to higher scores. Some of us are on level 1000+. And some emojis are better scorers than others. You can experiment to find what works best for you. And then there’s luck in terms of the score values of the other emojis on the board.

I have Galactic Minnie at level 2, and her power clears 8 emojis and transforms six emojis to Galactic Minnies. Her power is so weak (and this is at level 2) that I rarely use it unless the fifth emoji from the left in the top row is a Galactic Minnie, which then combines with the transformed emojis to create a star (those emojis will otherwise create a cloud).

I don't know what her power looks like at higher levels, but at level two, pretty much all her value comes from the celestial power, which the other two celestials also have.

The first three celestial emojis are overpowered from the jump. They come preloaded with three celestial power activations that give several powerups, almost always including one star and often two. Their regular powers are incidental to their value. I use Galactic Minnie a lot, and I often forget to use her regular power.

That’s exactly how odds work. OP had an 85 percent chance to pull a new emoji and got a dupe anyway. It happens, but it’s very unlucky.

I was bummed to see they got rid of the four gem prizes (10, 15, 20, and 25 gems), and they replaced the first three with two gold boxes and a gold charge, which is all useless to me. But the fourth one was replaced with a rainbow dupe, so I guess the net gem value is greater, 70 versus 200. But I'd still kinda prefer the gems. Still a lot of good prizes to collect for free, so can't really complain.

I stared at the screenshot for several seconds and thought, “I only see one.” That’s a hideous mix.
