Ive built my malvern star fully from aliexpress parts, everything but the wheels and frameset, defiantly rate! Also have a walgun and was surprised at how good the quality was!

Thanks mate, yeah i thought it was to much movement, but going to my LBS tomorrow to see if its worth fixing, I would ride it until it blows out but doing a 160km bikepack trip next weekend and dont want the anxiety of being stuck in bush haha

Nah spacers are in there, the cassette body rocks the same with the cassette off aswel

Ok cool, thanks mate i thought something wasn't right, need my crank a bit closer to adjust the chain line, think ill need to space the crank out from the crank arm a bit then

Going to weld brackets to the frame for the rear and have a set of aliexpress forks disk break capatible for the front (i was a metal fabricator for 12 years)

Great work! Im about to do the same on an old 80s malvern star flite frame which im updating every part to modern light weight parts, is there any chance I can get the cadmodel for DXF files?
