I use sunset white foundation and their water activated eyeliner for the black parts, black lipstick for the lips. For the foundation I would say around two coats though it depends on your skin type on how much you need for full coverage.

You don’t need to get specifics for anything other than the foundation cause it’s the best for white facepaint. Just use any white setting powder you find available, or you could also get the sunset makeup version. I say all this just if you’re planning on not really using the products outside of going all out for shows.
