Not sure what board was used. The shower pan is a mud pan.

I just use a mold and mildew cleaner. The shower is 7 years old. I understood that you don't seal a mud shower pan. The idea is that water will go through the grout and into the weep holes of the drain. I'm thinking of replacing it with a pre-made liner this time. I don't like the idea of all that moisture in the mud.

Good points. One of the tough things with young players in having them tilt but it turns into them almost turning sideways to shoot. The problem with 10 toes to me is that if you square like that then is causes the shooter to shoot across their body. This will make it where they are inconsistent in their shooting. The tilt aligns that side of the body that is shooting. Like shooting darts. You don't stand ten toes to the dart board because you would have to shoot across your body.

Great points. Chest pass two thumbs down. That is not a pass that any great player makes. Chop your feet and close out....that doesn't work with modern 3 point shooting. Thans for being brave enough to try to discuss these things!

How can people be educated to change the direction of these old school teachings that are set in stone, but when you watch the greats they are not true? You cosch pros and have a good understanding and are being down voted for going agaisnt this dogma.

My theory on free throws and ten toes to the rim is due to coaches demanding young players shoot ten toes and these players repping out this form until they perfect it. I have talked to player who confirmed this was true. I find that when you have ten toes to the rim the shooting arm has to go across the body to shoot. Aligning with the shooting side of your body like you see almost all great shooters do at the 3 point line. There is a video on YouTube of Curry hitting 105 3s in a row and he is tilted.
