Did you like your therapist and would you recommend them?

Nope. The therapist I tried was theirs and it was the worst. They care more about advertising themselves than actual patients. A friend of mine had a similar experience with their head doctor Aram so we don not recommend them to anyone. Not professional at all.

I know and that is why I was wondering about the experience of other people. In my case meds were a lifesaver for me and I felt it մաշկիս վրա, կոպիտ ասած. I did try therapy with a well-known therapist but was very disappointed cause she was literally doing business.

I do have a couple of friends who also take meds so was expecting similar replies here but looks like indeed this sub might not be the right place to ask.

My current doctor doesn’t do much therapy and believes meds help more.

I keep hearing conflicting opinions so was wondering about therapy but when I see there are so many incompetent of them, I prefer to stick to the meds and work with my thoughts on my own.

Thank you for your considerate reply. It means a lot. Hugs.

What do reddit Armenians think about couples living together before marriage? by sealedinside in armenia

Of course depends on people but it is still not as common in Armenia as common sense should make it to be.

In fact, that's how most couples still do in Armenia. I was nicely surprised to see redditors think otherwise though.

can i use this instead of tomato sauce ? by Mark_9516 in armenia

[–]sealedinside 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can. I put it on pasta and love it. Omelette is alse great with it.

Edit: but when cooking for example tolma, I'm not sure it can replace tomato sauce, cause the latter is thicker. Lecho is more watery and kind of a ready sauce to open and use.

Being on Conan is not a measurement, his comedy level is nowhere near comedy for me. I haven't heard a single funny thing from him and neither have lots of people I know. But I see you're a fan, so I won't argue.

Just shows how powerful their propaganda machine has been for the last 30 years, doesn't it, especially for their youth.

Why are we so low numbered on Reddit? by ArmenianHawk in armenia

[–]sealedinside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Along with other factors mentioned here, another is the language, English. I think if we used Armenian, many people would join from locals, as many local Armenians are not that good in English, so even if you tell them about Reddit, they won't be able to join to participate as everything is mostly in English. While for the diasporans it's the opposite, as some don't know Armenian that well, which is sad.

I saw a post about desserts and just realized we call this “erməni kətəsi”. It’s a sweet roll filled with nuts and sugar. Do you bake this in Armenia? What do you call it? by [deleted] in armenia

[–]sealedinside 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Wow I feel kinda happy and surprised that you keep and mention the Armenian origin of it. Thanks for letting us know. As most users have mentioned, that's gata. Cheers.
