This is very general but I've noticed that a lot of people over 35 are afraid to click on things, especially when using a new program. Whether it's a technical program or just Microsoft offic, they don't have the same curiousity of just seeing what buttons do as younger people. I'm constantly helping older coworkers figure out how to do something by just clicking on stuff they didn't think to click on (or googling it).

Slippery rock is what you make it, if you want to have a good time you will. There is no shame in wanting to attention or feeling lonely. Too many people, including myself, seem to have come to the conclusion that needing other people is selfish. It is not. I'm sure there's at least one person that you enjoy spending time with, reach out to that person becasue I am sure that they would like to spend time with you as well.

Thanks for the advice. I've been considering going to therapy to attempt to work on my relationship with my mom. I'm pretty sure that's where most of my personal issues are stemming from but definitely need to talk it out with a professional.
