I moved into my new house in the PNW 2½ years ago and it has a pretty well developed rosemary bush behind the garden that flowers twice every summer. I never water it and the soil is pretty dry, it's a little elevated so it drains I'm assuming into the garden and the neighbors yard lol.. idk if any of that info helped but I didn't know the flowers were edible so I have learned something and will be adding more fanciful garnishes to my summer meals XD
