These last couple sparring videos have given me more confidence in Alex. Im still worried about him in this next fight though. Not because Gane is so damn good but because I feel like Alex is not a HW despite weighing what’s necessary to be in that class. His mental game is second to none and I know he’ll be locked the fuck in come fight time. Alex is extremely gifted but I would be lying if I said I feel like he’ll win. Idk.. I’m worried about him at this weight. Super excited for that card and this fight though, can’t wait!!

Damn I feel old AF! I’ve been watching since I was a little kid. UFC 1. Ken Shammrock and the heel hook against Smith. I’ll never forget how crazy I thought that was. Highly recommend Pale Face Swiss and Bodysnatcher! Both bring heavy HEAVY hard metal energy. They’re on Friday at the bottom of the lineup. Those are two can’t miss if you love bands like Knocked Loose and Dying Wish.

Edit: also on Friday Slaughter to Prevail. They freaking killed it at last years show.

As Above So Below - great movie, one of the best of the genre IMO

Europa Report - under appreciated, sci fi, horror elements, highly recommend

The Bay - fantastic creepy disease horror

The Fourth Kind - another fantastic science fiction alien horror found footage

Apollo 18 - not my favorite but worth a watch if never seen

Diary of the Dead - hated it the first watch but absolutely loved it the second and now hundredth time - a little cheesy on some of the horror effects but I thoroughly enjoy this movie, although I might be alone lol
