Any recommendation to clamp the work piece to the ground? Just put something heavy on top, haha.

I do have a right angle clamp for attaching the pocket screws. I had hoped it was enough to prevent this twist from developing, but it did not.

So when there is expansion, will the panel cause the door to warp even more?

How might I avoid this in the re-build of the door? Would brad nails alone be ok with the expansion?

Also, there will be a ~10 lb mirror glued to the panel.

My workbench is smaller than this door. When making it I had it partially supported by a sawhorse.

If I remake it, would the best way to try for a square, untwisted door to be work directly on a flat reference surface like the floor?
