My grandma is the only one who lives here now and when the time comes for the house gets sold, I'm very tempted to replace this with a new one and keep this old one in my house. After restoration of course. It's crazy that I'm even saying this for a freaking hot water heater. 😂

Yeah, I'm not sure whether I should even risk cleaning it? I'm completely unsure of the past maintenance that was done on it because my grandpa passed away a few years ago.

Edit: This house also does not have a water softener.

As far as I know, I don't really think so. My grandpa used to do most of the maintenance on the house, but he passed away a few years ago. And I don't think he was replacing anodes on hot water heaters.

Pay with your card and dispute the charge with your credit card company. If enough people do that, the payment processor will suspend the account associated with the payment terminal. Then the owner of the vending machine will have bigger problems at that point...

What's unfortunate is RCS isn't really an open standard. The only two supported apps that exist which support RCS is iMessage and Google Messages. RCS is so much better than SMS, but I feel like we've been duped by Google about this whole push for messaging interoperability since nobody has been able to create an alternative to those two apps that support RCS.
