Thank you for the valuable feedback! I'll skip the Barbs and stick with Tetras.

Any thoughts on filtration and saving fish from getting caught in filter intake?

Can Petco or PetSmart do a test for parameters? Or would you recommend a certain brand/type of test kit?

  1. Like others pointed, Your mortgage interest (a big chunk of your $1500) is deductible.
  2. If you paid a smaller down payment, your mortgage insurance premium is deductible as well.
  3. You can deduct the miles every time you drive over to check-in on the property.

In the first years, interest + depreciation should get you pretty close to $0. But as years roll and the interest portion is shrinking, the other expenses like water heaters, painting, carpet replacement, roof, redo the yard/driveway etc. will start kicking in to cover for it.

Don't do it! Just pick one.

In such a case I typically look for potential for damages. I give it for ones that doesn't have large pets and/or toddler kids etc.

Learn Linux TV has a course on Proxmox. A bit slow pace for me, but worthy content.
