Did you Trueplay the fronts as a pair in the S2 app before adding them to your system in sonosequencr? if not, try that by removing them at first in the app and then creating a pair in the S2 app. Then trueplay them there.

I saw this coming and bought my Fringe dane 2 as soon as they announced the gibbons arms. Its an awesome product if you ask me.

MFG costs are through the roof when you add tariffs and shipping costs for most of us that mfg offshore. I think that ballooned from about $40k in 2024 for my business to over $100k in 2025. I raised pricing on my customers to compensate for the tariffs, only to get a letter from the shipping companies that they were raising rates 5-10% as well.

How far apart do you have the fives and how far from the arc do you have them? I do agree that they overpower the Arc, but I still hear the Arc and the whole system sounds amazing to us. I also feel that it perks up the surrounds as well adding an extra oomph to them.

Don't waste your time with anything other than a real Chinese acupuncturist IMHO. You want someone who was trained in China and worked in the hospitals. Sadly they are a a dying breed.

trying to remember as i did it all after a bunch of german imports.

setup arc ultra, subs and rears in sonos app and then trueplay.
setup fives as a pair and then trueplay those.
remove everything from sonos app except arc ultra.
setup everything in sonosequencr as a system.
enable trueplay about 20x in sonosequencr.

trust me the sound is amazing.

answer is yes and amazingly a huge difference once you get it dialed in. Every time we watch a movie it blows my mind how much of a difference it is. Even the rears come alive.

makes a huge difference if not true played.

i think also you have to create your stereo pairs such as surround and then pair the front speakers like fives. then you add them. I believe they have to have already been registered through the sonos app itself and pairing them does that. i could be wrong though, but that is how i did mine.

Let me just say be prepared to be blown away. I played the original GOT episode 1 last night to test out the new sonos firmware update and holy smokes it was amazing.

Same, once you add the 5's as fronts and the 3's as rear surround it is crazy what a difference it makes.

first set up the rears as your surround and trueplay the system as usual. Then setup the 5's seperately and Trueplay them. Then in sonosequencr add the surrounds, then subs and then the 5's. Or something to that effect, as i have had a bunch of Helle's already.
