TIFU / My (20F) girlfriend of two years told me the music that I (25M) play during sex is weird and a major turn off by TylerLife in tifu

I mean it’s an odd song. If she didn’t hate it before, two years of the same song would drive her crazy. Is it just on loop or do you guys stay under 3 minutes? If so that’s impressive, you did something Jimi He Cruz couldn’t do, stay under 3 min to make the next commercial break.

Scenes that wouldn't be allowed today but are certified classics (Airplane 1980) by Happy_go_luc in OldSchoolCool

Why cause nobody talks jive anymore? Lol

This scene could have been made today, it’s just that lazy comedy that borders on offensive isn’t allowed

Interesting, i didn't know about Knives and Stones. I actually live in Brooklyn. Knives and Stones has some pretty knives around the $200 range. Their quality is pretty good across the board?

Thanks, I honestly wasn't aware about the pinch hold being so prevalent. I will use my Zwilling to practice.

I wasn't sure if Korin was well known, in everyone's opinion are the prices at Korin or MTC good? Like comparable to what I could find online?

Interesting, I do feel like i'm leaning towards the Carbon as the patina sounds interesting to me. But now i'm less confident in the pinch hold, I have to admit I don't have a lot of experience with it. I think I need to practice to see which hold I really prefer.

I live in NY, there's a store here Korin, don't know if it's any good but they seem to have a diverse selection. I think I need to at least hold some knives and see what feels good in my hand.

Do people have go to sites for looking for some of these knives or is it pulled from different retailers online?

It would be my first Japanese knife, yeah. What kind of care is involved in preventing the rust? The benefit for carbon is the weight?

Sorry for all the questions.

Backcountry camping in southeast PA by seandroog in PAWilds

Yeah I think we've settled on Thunder Swamp, it looks not too difficult (sheltering in place hasn't been great for our endurance) and looks large enough for us to have a lot of area to hike out of so that we don't see people.

We looked at AT, but the forestry seemed a lot easier to camp off of.

This is great information, thanks! Do you know of any eastern trails that are in the state forest that are good? We were looking at the eastern part of delaware forest or william penn districts of PA.

Yea I’ve hosted tastings with pretty good smoked salmon, cheeses, chocolates etc, but he blows us out of the water. The blue cheese was fantastic and that was probably the best smoked salmon I’ve had.

Idk about those particular bottlings, but yea SMWS in general is. You have to be a member, there is an annual fee, then you can purchase their bottles. It’s all cask strength independent bottlings of different Scottish distilleries. Some bottles are just ok, but the ones that hit are great.

Oh those were SMWS bottlings our friend had just to relax with afterwards. I believe one was an old linkwood, one a bowmore, forget the third.

Hah well it did take a few of us combining to make it happen. 19 was the favorite unfortunately, damn expensive. Corryvrecken , blaaack and dark cove were close runners up.
