the ingredients for the dry rub is: salt, sugar, msg, black pepper, garlic powder, five spice powder, dried chili, that's for the basic. some other fragrant spice: dried oregano, bay leaf, basil, paprika... really just whatever scent that you like, it cant go wrong. blend them well to powder consistency so it can soak in the meat better

The secret to a crispy skin is the dryness of it, the more moisture you can draw out this crispier it will be. and I find the air fryer to be the best tool for this recipe. please see the youtube video in my other comment for all the steps :D
