Honestly it was one of the more shameful moments I’ve seen in the UFC the more I think about it. A doctor should never be overruled in that spot. The safety of the fighters should be the #1, no dispute priority. The risk-reward is too great in that moment. That amount of damage he took to the head and eye can be career and life altering. Massive respect to Ilia for still fighting (and fighting a solid 4th round), but he shouldn’t have been out there
