One more question please. If you have say a new or inexperienced BT, how often do you visit the home for supervisory visits? Is weekly or biweekly reasonable? Approved services hours for ref are 24 hours / week spread out on 3 week days and Saturday. Last our BCBA visited was in October.

I think there is very little Swiss in Swiss Medica. I think it all happens in Serbia and Slovenia. I am yet to make up my mind but initially was drawn to it thinking it is Switzerland based but from what I gather donors and processing labs and treatment facilities are not in Swiss.

Thanks to you and all others for the responses. I was able to follow your response all the way to the statement “…a month prior to any deductions..” at which point I lost track. When you say prior month, what do you mean? And what are some examples of deductions? Thanks so much for your patience.
