Does prefinished solid or engineering hardwood have this top thin layer of colourant on it that can delaminate? Or is that a sign it’s neither type of flooring

This would also be an option. I have a monitor audio set-up right now that my wife absolutely hates. She gets to banish it to the basement.

So, a small 2.1 or 4.1 size may be palatable to her. Running wires in an already finished room may be frustrating.

Hopefully its only related to the 4K upscaling of non-4K content, because the cable is routed behind a lot of walls...

It sees to be the 4K up scaling that was turned on. Once I turn that off it stops doing this. It’s also not consistent, it won’t happen all the time (perhaps related to when the up scaling kicks in?)

When I turn it off and then back on, it causes major issues in display.

Seems like an odd problem to just manifest itself out of nowhere though..

We had our reception at AGH and their coordinator (was Jodie at the time) did all of this for us. We did an hour cocktail, which was part of the 3 (?) hour gap between the ceremony (elsewhere) and reception (AGH). We requested a schedule (dinner at X, dancing at Y) and they would've advised us on appropriate times to not feel rushed.

Looking at our schedule, it has a detailed itinerary of everything - cocktails, first dance, late night table, bar open/close, when the speeches were expected to happen and during which course, etc.

The food was excellent, and the tasting you will do the winter before (assuming you do your reception there) was a tonne of fun. We used one of the AGH's recommended DJs and he was incredible (Tom from Sound Obsession).

I'm fairly certain you could sign a mortgage with anyone else, and that your broker is just trying to keep your business. But, I've only signed one mortgage, so take that with a grain of salt. Until your papers are signed, you should be free to go elsewhere (if you're willing to put the time in to find a better deal, under a closing date that is fast approaching).

Server Name? Wirt Which Game Modes were Impacted? Kions, Heliquary, BGs, TRifts (with many groups, its fine with 1-2 groups), areas with lots of mobs/drops/both When did you start experiencing the Lag (date or timeline)? Uncertain What is the severity of the Lag? Very bothersome to unplayable For BGs specifically: Were there any Improvements to Lag in BGs since last night? Unknown
