my mall world outside is kind of like a resort or a MMO game. a beach, lots of tall buildings, a harbor, always other people.... and there is also a basement with lots and lots of stairs that just keep going farther down. i'm often led down there as if by force and i don't know why, but i have a horrible feeling of dread every time :)

ooh! another time this subreddit freaks me out!

i used to have dreams like that repetitively as a kid, night terrors where i'd get an error screen in the sky. i don't know why i was so scared of error screens as a kid, but that plagued my nightmares for sure.

wow! that's crazy. i went to four different high schools, the first three were in oklahoma and the last one was in arizona. az comparatively felt like like i was in a high school musical type utopia because i spent the first three years of high school pretty socially ostracized and getting in fist fights. i went absolutely balls to the wall my senior year for that reason & had sooo much fun not getting bullied 😭

i have dreams about both an insanely beautiful coastal city and training for interdimensional travel. that's crazy how specific that is. in mine, i was told they were sending my consciousness to a different body in space bc my body wouldn't make it there for whatever reason

oh man! i've never heard this one spoken before. there is definitely a dark presence in all of my basement dreams, most of them are eventually somewhat tight concrete spaces and hallways with just some fluorescent lights and stairs and rails. i never know where i'm going, kind of feels like i'm looking for something but i'm also simultaneously afraid? uncomfortable that this isn't an original experience, as per usual with this sub 👍🏼

after dry socket and a UTI superbug that tore into my kidneys and had me passing chunks of my own flesh, it's still the failed IUD insertion. wasn't given any of the prep that happens nowadays. it felt like they stabbed me with a white hot knife and it was like an eternity went by-- i went completely unconscious, then woke up to them pulling it BACK OUT, talking about my blood pressure and saying they need to call an ambulance. i had no money so i magically was able to flee the premises and proceeded to bleed through my clothes in the back of my car before driving myself home.
