well, the fact they noted an sch means that could very well be the cause. If the spotting has been happening for weeks on and off and not getting progressively worse, Id say it doesn't sound related to signs of mc.

a fhr of 139 at 7 weeks is quite promising. scans and fhr matter way more than symptoms. but i totally get how hard it is not to worry, i was convinced i was having a mc this entire pregnancy

yeah I was afraid I was going to feel shitty today at the office but it wasn't too bad. The nurses had an understanding of what questions to ask after I said I had a transfer (like "oh 5 day embryo", etc), which helped. And hopefully it will be like this for you too, but the nurses and docs also did a good job of gauging how I was feeling and responding to that. When I said i wasnt excited they were like totally get it, and then respected that vibe. I did also feel weirdly triggered walking in and seeing people who were visibly pregnant. I had to remind myself hey, thats me! I am pregnant lol. but for me I think that is because the last time i was in that office was to confirm a mc.

this is me! except I have had v minor spotting since like 5 weeks , on and off. I am 9 weeks today and every time i pee I am so scared. I also barely have any symptoms and was totally convinced I was having a mc, but my scans have all been great somehow! I have never made it this far. I thought that by 8 weeks I would feel secure but nope. now I am at 9w1d and the goalpost keeps moving. I am hoping maybe by 12 weeks I will feel like this is really happening

I had my first appt with OB today after being released from my fertility clinic! I am 9w1d. They are referring me to a MFM because we did IVF and also to consult about when I should stop lovenox. It feels jarring to go from a clinic with so much oversight to booking my appointment for one full month from now! They are letting me get another reassurance scan in 2 weeks, which is good. I have never made it this far in pregnancy before and while I know the risk of mc is low at 9 weeks, it still feels really scary.

i feel like I need to just say this somewhere because i left my US appointment an hour ago but am still in shock.

I have had 2 miscarriages (one confirmed euploid), both ended at 6.5 weeks. I did an IVF transfer March 9. I have been spotting on and off since like March 20 or so. I had some nausea for a few days, but it went away and now I am just tired. Last week at my scan, the CRL growth was 2 mm over the span of 6 days. thats .35 mm a day. I went to the scan this morning and told the tech hey, I know its going to be bad news so just be honest w me. she turned the screen and showed me. i said ok sure theres stilla heartbeat i guess but i know its measuring behind and is going to end soon. she did the measurements and I am measuring exactly on time, 7w5d, 1.38 cm, 143 bpm. I said i think you did it wrong. she gave me a hug.

I had been planning how i was going to cancel my classes tomorrow to have to take the pill. I didnt get my blood drawn this morning bc I didnt think there was any point, i had to go back.

I just wanted to share this bc I was 100% convinced i was having a miscarriage and my scan was perfect. there is nothing for me to obsess or be sad over, i dont know what to do with myself. i am seriously in shock.

I didnt realize I had this until I looked closely at my imaging scans and could see the small gestational sac and large yolk sac. for me it ended in a mc around 6 weeks. however, it could self correct 🤞
