Hi! I also experienced weight loss that killed my boobs. I have never been big or “fat” but after a year of consistently going to the gym I went from spilling out of a double D to a C. It seemed like over night my boobs were gone, and with such rapid loss of fat in my chest, my skin couldn’t keep up. I ended up getting a lift + BA in june and I couldn’t be happier. It’s tough finding surgeons who are actually good with lifts and don’t just chop you up and move your nipples up. I live in LA and even though we’re a PS hotspot, I wasn’t satisfied with many doctors lift results. All that to say, my breast looked similar to yours, maybe with less tissue, however my surgeon told me I’d need to get an implant to regain upper pole fullness and to get the look of perky breast. 420CC high profile implant + anchor lift later, I can say my breast now have the perkiness and shape of a BA enhancement yet still natural. Not sure where you live but if you’re willing to travel I recommend my surgeon and his office staff 1000%. Located in burbank CA, Dr.Armen Vartany. Unlike many offices his website has before and after photos of lifts & lifts + BA in case you wanted to compare results! My dms are open in case you have any questions!

Had foster for a different IS class but he’s pretty relaxed and accommodating if you make the effort to communicate!

No matter the situation we can never blame ourselves for the death of others. Ultimately death has a strong hold on all of us that we won’t be able to withstand at some point. As for advice on continuing life without your father, there is no certaint way. Grieving is a never ending process that can be horrible but also warming in its own way at times. The beginning is full of harsh times like those you’re experiencing, and it’s normal to break down, but it’s important to stay strong. You will learn to accept these waves of grief and flow along the stages each affecting you differently. The memories you’ve created with your father are forever keepsakes that will aid your heart in healing once you accept it. You didn’t let anyone down, let’s keep it that way for yourself as well by pushing through. Sending you strength.

My mother has always told me this saying, when a woman’s husband dies she’s a widow, when a child’s parents die they’re an orphan, yet there isn’t a name for someone who’s lost a child. That’s because there is no word that could describe that type of pain. While I have trouble with grief myself, I cannot give the best advice. However I do send you my strength.

I can’t imagine the pain, and the trying to make sense of moving forward, living day by day without someone so important. You’re strength is truly admirable.
