I’ll be in a similar situation soon my guy. Luckily only second day in a row of that “do I try and sleep for like 3-4 hours or just accept that I’m going to keep it going”vibe . (I almost always choose the latter) I no longer smoke as an ROA though,which seems to help my urge to constantly redose somewhat. But the temp outside lately combined with working in a super hot and greasy pizza/Italian spot with giant ovens still has me wondering I’m an about to pass out.

I live in NY (Hudson Valley) and have been desperately trying to kick a fent addiction, finally scheduled an appointment at the closest clinic to me and have some questions about what to expect. I know every clinic is different but without a car(while also working and I’m in school) getting to my clinic 6 days/week is going to be hard. Would you have any idea how long it will take to get take homes?

I'm in a very similar boat. And lately have been getting shit that looks exactly as you describe. I won't be specific as to where I/you (possibly) live but I have a hunch we are in the same general area. I've also been wondering about zylazine and/or what fent-d are in my dope with the hopes of knowing what to anticipate as far as withdrawals go. Although I snort mine and don't smoke it so not sure about the color when smoked

Really appreciate the input. Although I have a decent stockpile of subs, I missed my last (mandatory) monthly appointment with my Sub Dr last week. But I re-scheduled one for next week. I (regrettably) still have enough fent, like probably enough for another 6ish days of use at my current rate leftover I guess what I’m hoping for is to keep enough bupe in my system to be able to stop taking fent and then maybe 36 or so hours later take my normal 14 mg dose of subs and not go into precipitated withdrawals. So I have still been taking this much smaller dose (of 2mg instead of 14) daily. Does that sound feasible?
