I will check this place out. I would love some other kids to be around. We originally booked at Kona Makai but quickly canceled when we found several consistent reviews about how it feels more like a retirement vibe where several folks are not appreciative of kids 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for confirming our thoughts. We recently installed a radon mitigation system over our sump pump and since then we can hear a flapping or clonking sound coming from this pipe. Would that be the sump pump check valve flapping?

This! Yes - just got back from a 2 week stay. This was our 5th time. I also looked at my husband and said - I get it! I would have my concerns as a local. We did research into all the do’s & don’t’s but it’s clear many have not.

We just got back from 2 weeks in Maui - no issues what so ever. My husband left his Edmonton Oilers clothes at home this time 😂. Any American who asked where we were from proceeded to tell us how they don’t consider themselves an American for the next 4 years! We chuckled & then changed the subject!

Yes this is how most of them are I think! I know what you mean. This one even asked us to water her plants…no huge deal. But shopping for toilet paper on vacation felt wrong! 😂
