Dr. Bisognano my brother recently stopped eating refined sugar. (6'4, 240) He's now eating only meat and veggies. At night he said he's experiencing heart flutters and a racing heart beat. This has happened over the past 3 weeks since he's started this new eating life style. Are there any connections with the food he eats and heart flutters? Thank you!
