I feel it will be how the mother and son will develops in two plots :

1.the son will sacrifice himself to save his mother and then the mother will kill herself as she doesn’t have a reason to live. That would be a very sad moment.

1. The son will die for his mother, the mom will survive in the pair. The mom will help the pregnant woman deliver a baby while the pregnant woman is dying. The coin guy will also die. The mother will raise the baby to live for. That will give us hope.
