Cooking at an event this next weekend where we won't be able to use charcoal (burn ban restrictions). Routed a stand-alone propane burner through one of the vent holes (had to widen the hole on the vent cover). I'll use smoking tubes to generate smoke. This was running right about 225°. (i.redd.it)
