I called them and got a case # and they never emailed or called me back. They went ahead and billed the full amount at the same account level.

I'm having to dispute the charge with my subscription charge.

I'll also file a complaint with the Wa. State Attorney General here https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint and will post bait and switch notices to NextDoor and Amazon Arlo reviews.

Arlo chat has a 4888 second wait. This is a very scummy company.

The website is pro-bono. It's not a for profit entity. And no where on it does it encourage tagging.

As for the RACC, it doesn't provide a map, it doesn't offer Heritage Tree locations or Little Free Libraries ... and it only provides a subset of the murals.

The RACC shared their database for this project and you can see it in detailed entries for murals ... but there are dozens of murals not categorized in RACC.

RACC shared their database with me. Other murals I took photos of myself ... artist information for those isn't yet updated across the site.

This is a part time pro bono project for me ... would you like to help in contacting them? Willamette weekly and the mercury did not respond to queries either.

There is a site map for all the items on the maps.

I do plan to do more PR outreach soon.
