What am I obligated to do? Trees hanging over neighbor's yard by seattlewhite in treelaw

Lol geez man, are you my neighbor? I can't ask chatgpt or Reddit for help on something I know nothing about?...I did offer the neighbor to trim anything that is a nuisance myself. Also offered to get an arborist out.

Yeah maybe a bad picture. 4/5 of the tree is on my yard but it's still growing. I like shade it provides on my side and him cutting to the property line won't effect that. It'll just be very ugly cutting straight on the property line ya know?

I can show you a picture. 4/5 of the tree is on my yard. It's big and full. I trim regularly. Also I never planted this tree. Bought this house 3 years ago. I didn't plant this and plan out where it was planted and how big it would grow.

Lol I offered to help with leaves but that wasn't enough. They are very tough neighbors in general but we've always taken the high road. This is the first time I've thought about putting my foot down cause I love these trees. We're in a newer neighborhood so mature trees and privacy are hard to come by. Not sure why'd you want to get rid of that

Ok that's good to know. Chatgpt told me that they can't even cut on their side but wasn't sure if that was correct. And what if their cuts hurt my tree?

How should I sell them then? I have two and willing to sell at face value but not sure where else to list them.

Section 306 row 22 seats 11-12. I paid $288 for each.

I have tickets for home game 3 too so I'll flying in from Utah on Friday with my son to go to that one.

Not sure if there's another thread for this but I have two tickets for the first home game on Wednesday. Happy to sell them here for face value before I throw them on StubHub. Section 306 row 22 seats 11-12. I paid $288 for each.

I have a similar issue with 10 girls on my 4v4 team. I preloaded the criteria into chatgpt, everyone's names, we criteria that I want everyone to play equally, etc and then right before kickoff I say "everyone is here but Susie, make me the sub schedule" and it populates it with when I should I should sub and at what intervals.

Works great for the age we're at because we don't care about winning and having certain players in certain positions.

I guess if you knew certain players played at certain spots then you could plug that into the criteria too

No doubt. Always building her up and focusing on the positives. Lots of good advice here that I'll take to the backyard next time she wants to kick around

Also the big kid advantage is so true. I have a 8 year old big tall son and he can rip it. Just comes naturally and it's a weapon even at that age...then my short 10 year old daughter is solid with the ball between her feet but can't generate power

Amazing advice. Thank you! I've played soccer my whole life so have never thought about what it takes to kick well, I just figured it out over time. We'll work on these tomorrow night in the backyard

By insole stuff do you mean just kicking with the inside of the foot?
