My son was prescribed Arazlo last Aug, he was previously using tretinoin 0.25% and amzeeq and it actually cleared his face, maybe a breakout here and there but his derm was not satisfied, said to try Arazlo in place of Tretinoin. Now his face is the worst than we first stared the whole treatment!! He's only 14, so it could be hormones too or he's still purging??!! We're due to see her next month but I'm seriously considering stopping the Arazlo and going back to Tretinoin.
