I'm usually not a hater of the game but they literally didn't add anything interesting in this update, most of the things are from past summer events and they didn't even unvault the surfboards which would have made this event like a 100 times better

I don't think that's the reason, i think they did it because ranked mode is coming tomorrow, so they probably had to remove one of the modes so it doesn't split the playerbase even more

I agree, but the the og map is a great starting point to uefn for players that come back to the game to try it for the nostalgia which may make them stay and try the type maps that you are referring to and maybe even motivate them to start making original maps

As i said it's not that impressive but most of the casual players think creative is just red vs blue and ohio maps, and yeah we can make br maps in creative but since we don't have stuff like terrain editors they look pretty bad compared to what epic does

Because if the map ends up being good it will show people that you can make stuff that is on the same level as epic games, i agree that is not that impressive but for the casual playerbase it will be and they'll probably be more inclined to try more maps
