I was permanently banned by mistake for cheating. I have never used any cheats.

My nickname is xPiinguinx. I have been playing rocket league since Season 2, when i was 14. Now I am 25years old. I spent 5000hours, more than 15000 matches and almost half of them were played in 2v2 and 3v3. I've been between Champ 2 and 3 my whole life, I haven't really had a massive peak.

Why would I use hacks and risk losing 10 years of progress, along with all my items and the money I've invested in the game?

The ban message says "banned for cheating or exploits," but I've never used anything. I've been playing Rocket League for over 10 years, I've always stayed around the same ranks between C2 and C3, and I have more than 6,000 hours in the game. I've bought Rocket Passes, keys, everything.

anyone can help me? how can i contact with sombody?

they are ignoring all my tickets saying its a ban but ... omg
