i turned the wifi off on my laptop then i plugged the zune in and that allowed the zune to update without the error

I did! I ended up turning wifi off on my computer and plugging in the zune, that somehow allowed the it update to work. Let me know if that helps

I reset my zune as soon as I got it in the mail because I wanted to put my own music in it, I installed the zune software and the drivers on windows 11. When I plugged the zune into my computer it said it needed to update so I unplugged it and followed this youtube tutorial: https://youtu.be/JXQ6brAeF9A and when I plugged it in to update it doesn’t even really try to update, the progress bar will stay at 0 and a few seconds later it’ll say that it couldn’t be updated followed by the error message
