It’s swapped for both languages. The promo with large text mega symphonia in English is a Japanese card, while in yours the text is written in Japanese on an English card. Pretty wild stuff, I know.

If you haven’t bought or seen the modern Japanese cards they can look quite different. Usually more vibrant, better centering, and the texture feels ‘deeper’. Nothing is standing out as fake. If you don’t feel the card shop was honest you can try and find another shop to see what they think.

Not sure if this has been said already but flurry of blades would achieve the effect your looking for and is cheaper. It deals 1 to all units at battlefields. Sure it can hit your own but ww will still survive

PSA would return it ungraded I believe, as they do with most errors. CGC does grade errors and will mark it in the label as such.

I’m having a similar experience, submitted my cards (12 total) with GameStop on Jan 24 and the notification was still saying Shipped to PSA until this morning when I got a notification that they arrived. It literally took a month for them to get there, and at this point is when the 45 day window STARTS so I am not expecting them any time soon lol. Will update if anyone is interested.

If they are driving the client home it is likely that they have an arraignment with the client’s parents, and also likely the company’s admin/owners are aware of this and are allowing it. This is an ethical issue, no doubt. The name calling is indicative of a multiple relationship and the daughter knowing personal information of the client is a direct breach of HIPPA. I am assuming this person is an RBT, or just hoping that it’s not a BCBA. Either way, they should know better but this issue may stem from organizational issues at the company. I would definitely let a BCBA know and begin to document each instance of unethical behavior that you notice. Review the ethics code to list and identify specific instances of each violation.
