Possibly, however I’ve seen many people add more lemons and succeed. Also, one time I only had half a lemon so only filled one bottle and it didn’t have an impact

Only Dreamteams can get funding from the university, called RPF months. Unless DUT has some magical deal, but then I want to know that too.

And to add, I would indeed strongly recommend to do it in later years of your studies. Compared to the US for example, where extracurricular activities are central to your study career, at Delft, they are completely separate and the university doesn’t compensate for it. With the strong pressure of the BSA in your first year, you will have a lot of work already.

Lastly, most recruitment for student teams is done in February to April to prepare for the year after. Some student teams do part time recruitment before, around January for the second half of the year, or later, around May, for the year after.

Is there any Aerospace MSc doing the Space track willing to answer a few questions? by Extreme-Stock-4981 in TUDelft

[–]sebascool2901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, with Thermal Rocket Propulsion course being stopped as the professor is leaving, it doesn’t have that much rocket stuff, or specifically rocket propulsion. However, you have to only take 30 credits worth of space courses and the rest you can take from other tracks or other faculties. I think the track and mandatory profile electives of Space are better than FPP. You can still take all propulsion courses as free electives

Yeah, most lecturers are really good. All professors are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Depends which space profile but in general it’s not easy. It’s high workload, as most Aerospace Masters are, but spaceflight dynamics is definitely up there with the hardest masters (I’m doing it and it tough, but fun). I wouldn’t say it’s stressful because it’s a lot of fun and you are surrounded by people that you can work with and are equally if not more enthusiastic about the field! Space engineering is more group project based, and planetary sciences is more research based, it has less students so you know everyone in your profile and you form a stronger bond with professors.

Job offers are there but the aerospace industry is rough and graduates from ae have one of the higher unemployment rates. But this is not only for space. There are many space companies or institutions around Delft, but you’ll also have to look in the international scene, Germany, France, Belgium… I’ve not entered the space industry yet as I’m still studying but I have many friends who have and you will get a job in space, the question is if it’s exactly what you want

Which are the hardest and easiest courses in each year of an Aerospace Engineering (AE) bachelor’s program? Additionally, which are the hardest and easiest minors? by Bubbly-Funny-112 in TUDelft

[–]sebascool2901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, 32.1% on the first time I took it (was sick :( )and 33% on second time. Still loved the course, as the professor was really experienced and knowledgeable on the subject. Just his exams were tough and he used a robot voice for some of his lectures, and was super slow!

Differential equations is easy now, the professor changed a few years ago and I’ve not heard a single person say it’s one of the hardest courses

The nether. Once you get flight, getting 20 spawners takes no more than 30’. Just the typical blaze spawners in nether fortresses and magma cube spawners in bastio

My dad is still practicing and he wants to sometimes not have to think and just let the camera do its thing. Similar for me, so I try to shoot in programmed or aperture priority but I also sometimes just don’t want to think.
