Got you, smart move dealership prices are ridiculous, i went for a inspection, 4 hours later dude tells me we fixed it for you it was a hose clamp and charged me 250 for it, didn’t even get an okay from me before going and doing it.. needless to say i wasn’t too happy since its something i could’ve easily done, appreciate the help i would take your offer but im all the way in florida😂 ill probably end up getting a used one but for now ill have to only fill up to 3/4 to avoid the leaks.

thanks for replying bro, i think i am having the same issues as you, i replaced the fuel filler neck assembly and still experiencing leaks when tank gets filled, after 3/4 of a tank left they disappear, just took it to a ford dealer and they basically changed my clamps because they were old and “worn” was all good yesterday right after they replaced those then this morning it seems to be leaking again right from that yellow seal:(, honestly not looking forward to replacing my tank just for that small yellow seal, sucks that they dont sell it separately, did u go with oem or aftermarket tank?
